Van Gogh, Sunflowers
Have you ever wanted to try your hand at painting like an Impressionist? Would you like to learn about the creation of Van Gogh’s masterpiece “Sunflowers”?
Join us on Saturday, February 21st for our Painting Cafe and Afternoon Tea 1:30 pm – 4;00 pm
The talented art instructors of Groton’s NOA Gallery Painting Cafe offer regular guided painting instruction in Ayer, MA. They are bringing their cafe to the Andres Institute on the 21st of February. They will help you understand the techniques and color theory as they guide you through a master study of one of the world’s most loved paintings, Van Gogh’s Sunflowers.
Tickets are $45.00 or $35.00 for members and include:
- A Scrumptious High Tea (tea sandwiches, scones with cream and preserves, assorted pastries, tea, coffee, mulled cider)
- Friendly guidance to create your own masterpiece. (2-4 pm)
- All materials to create an acrylic painting on canvas.
- General fun, trivia, and a good time.
