Learn how to design an image for printmaking, carve the lino block and print your own cards. Arriving with a design idea or two will move the creative process along. All tools and supplies are provided. You will take home your linocut block and the cards you print.

This workshop will be led by Xena Lopriori, an artist who works with linocut prints and other media. You may have seen the cards she made of two of the AIA sculptures, The Phoenix and She Lifted Her Heart and Floated Away, in the Welcome Center. She is also a Volunteer in the Welcome Center and the Art Gallery at the Andres Institute of Art.

The class is open to participants 12 years of age and older.
