Indoors, air-conditioned space to be turned into a Vintage Pop-Up Mini-Market! Reach hikers coming on and off the sculpture trails, the Art Gallery has a new show opening in the afternoon and at 7pm is a fabulous concert with Alexander's Jazz Time Band, featuring cool jazz and hot hits from the 1920's and '30's. The concert is a fundraiser for the Andres Institute of Art. All of these things are occurring in the AIA Welcome Center building, the former ski lodge for Big Bear Mountain. Vendor set up can either be the day before, or the morning of - just let me know which you would prefer. We have many people who hike the hill in the mornings, the noon start-time was set up to catch them as they are finishing. There is a sign at the info kiosk to alert them of the pop-up market. The market is set up in a retail tenant space we have (recently vacant - so why not use it??). The Art Gallery is in the Welcome Center part of the building, the main part of the first floor. I have tables and chairs, just standard 6' folding banquet tables (lots of them).
