Marcus Vergette is a sculptor, film-maker, composer and working musician playing double bass.
His main involvement at present is with his Time and Tide Bell project.

ARTIST STATEMENT:
This a sculpture of contradiction
Difficult and uncomfortable to sit upon, a granite block that appears to be folded, resting in the branches of a tree.
However, all the contradictions will resolve when the tree dies and the sculpture rolls down the hillside.
