Join us for the Opening Ceremony in the AIA Welcome Center. The Ceremony will feature introductions of the 2025 artists and a Keynote by award-winning cartoonist, Marek Bennett. If the juxtaposition of comics and sculpture piques your interest – join us! You will not be disappointed. At 2:30pm you can participate in a workshop, Sketchbook Cartooning with Marek Bennett ($5 supply fee) or a guided sculpture hike (free). Grab dinner locally and be back to AIA for a not-to-be-missed Blues extravaganza with The Nick Spencer Band opening for the infamous Willie J. Laws (tickets $25).
