If you’re a retired adult looking for a meaningful way to share your time, an empty nester eager to connect with your community, or a young adult needing to fulfill volunteer hours, we have a role for you. Our open positions are as diverse as the art on our trails. As a Hike Leader, you can guide visitors through our scenic landscape, sharing stories behind the sculptures. As a Welcome Center or Art Gallery Docent, you’ll be the first point of contact, helping guests navigate their experience. We also have exciting opportunities at our Big Bear Lodge performance center. We need Ushers, Sound Technicians, Lighting Operators, and Stagehands to help produce our vibrant concert series. Every concert directly funds the park, and you can play a key role in its success.
